The Unexpected Party is a small, independent shop run by Christine Trillard from Campbellford, Ontario, Canada. We rescue and rehome vintage teacups, china, glassware and tableware - the kind of pieces that make an everyday cup of tea feel like an occasion.
Our collection spans English bone china (Royal Albert, Paragon, Foley, Royal Doulton and more), Italian hand-painted majolica (Vietri, Solimene, Ceramica Casola), Japanese porcelain, Scandinavian and Canadian pottery, art glass, and antique silverware - mostly from the late 1800s through the mid-century. Every piece is hand-selected, photographed and packed with care.
