Beautiful antique Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG) open pedestal compote bowl in the "Adonis" pattern (also known to collectors as "Pleat and Tuck" or "Washboard").
This authentic piece was originally introduced by the McKee Brothers Glass Company in 1897 in Pittsburgh, PA. It features a striking geometric pinwheel design of alternating fan prisms and stacked horizontal ridges, finished with a classic thumbprint band and a fine beaded rim. It was originally used as a jelly compote or candy dish as it is smaller than some other models.
• Pattern: Adonis / Pleat and Tuck

• Era: Victorian / EAPG (Circa 1897)
• Height: 6 3/4 inches
• Top Width: 7 1/4 inches
