This 5-inch hand-painted faience (tin-glazed earthenware) plate features the classic "Petit Breton" motif depicting a local Breton woman in traditional regional dress. Made by the renowned HB Grand Maison factory in Quimper, Brittany, France. Based on the "HB Quimper" signature on the front and the un-marked reverse, this piece dates back to the early 20th century (circa 1904-1920). Origin: Brittany, France Size: 5 inches (perfect for a gallery wall display, cabinet, or trinket dish) Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Glaze is bright and colorful.
