Beautiful, rare collection of antique Northwood White Carnival Glass "Bushel Baskets". This stunning iridescent glass was manufactured by the famous Northwood Glass Company between 1911 and 1915.Unlike common marigold carnival glass, the "Frosty White" variant is highly collectible and was produced in much lower quantities. They feature a distinct basketweave pattern, ribbed handles, and a beautiful pearlescent finish that reflects vibrant pinks, purples, and blues under the light. All pieces feature the trademark raised capital "N" in a circle molded into the inside center bottom.
This set includes two different styles:
(1) Round Variant: Classic round bushel basket shape. 3.5 inches high x 4 1/4 across
(2) Octagonal Variants: Slightly rarer 8-sided shape. 3 inches high x 5 across
Condition:Excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks, or flea bites on the feet or handles.
Features beautiful, uniform iridescence.
Any faint internal lines are original factory mold cooling marks from production, which is typical for pressed glass of this era.
