Add the ultimate sunshine-yellow vintage charm to your home or cottage with this rare, massive 64-piece collection of mid-century ironstone dinnerware!
Produced by W.H. Grindley & Co. in Stoke-on-Trent, England (circa 1936-1954), the iconic "Laburnum Petal" pattern features a gorgeous, smooth pastel yellow glaze and sleek late Art Deco shapes.
This set is incredibly unique because it includes a massive count of matching teacup and saucer pairings—perfect for large family gatherings, weekend brunches, or cottage entertaining.
What’s Included (64 Pieces Total):
Cups & Saucers: 19 Intact, matching cup & saucer sets (38 pieces total!)
Serving & Creamers: 3 Creamers/pitchers featuring elegant raised/embossed detailing
Large Plates: 2 Dinner plates (9.75") — slight chips but useable as servers
Medium Plates: 2 luncheon plates (7.75")
Small Plates: 3 plates (6") — 1 has a small chip
Bowls: 1 Medium serving bowl (6.5")
3 Small bowls (5")
Extra Saucers: 12 "Orphan" saucers (great for replacements or dessert plates) — 1 has a small chip
Condition:
Extremely good vintage condition overall with an incredible glossy shine! A few plates and extra saucers have minor chips as noted above, which is expected for genuine 1940s earthenware, but the vast majority of the set—including all 19 primary cup sets—is beautifully preserved and fully usable.
Hand-wash only recommended to keep the glaze pristine.
