Covered round butter dish featuring the "Grape and Cable" pattern in iridescent amethyst carnival finish glass with “oil slick”tones of purple, green and gold. This is the heavier, thick-walled vintage reproduction run pressed from the L.G. Wright mold collection (likely by Mosser or Westmoreland in the 1970’s. Features the smooth/dull sawtooth edge on the base flange and the characteristic faint N mold mark with factory cavity dots. Excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks.
